ST. AUGUSTINE ALLIGATOR FARM
For more than a century, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm has been allowing visitors to see Florida’s favorite reptile up-close and personal. But the seven-acre accredited zoo is a lot more than just gators. As The Good Spot discovered, the Alligator Farm is also a place for bird watching and adventure high above the tree tops.
The Final Launch Of Space Shuttle Discovery
Thousands gathered in February 2011 to witness the final launch of Space Shuttle Discovery. The workhorse of the shuttle fleet, Discovery is the first of three orbiters to be retired in 2011. The launch also marks the beginning of the end to the shuttle program. I traveled to Titusville to watch the launch and to get reactions of those who were there.
